Private Sector Information Sessions

Canada Health Infoway (Infoway) is an independent, not-for-profit organization funded by the federal government that jointly invests with every province and territory to accelerate the development and adoption of electronic health record (EHR) projects in Canada.

For the past number of years, Infoway has regularly hosted town hall events across the country for health IT solution providers to foster greater partnership with the private sector.

These sessions provide an opportunity to share and discuss the latest news about progress in the development and adoption of electronic health information systems both across Canada and in the host region

For each session the agenda may include:

  • business opportunities arising from Infoway's latest investment programs
  • experiences and successes of health information solution providers
  • jurisdictions' objectives and project updates
  • architectural blueprint and standards information
  • latest news from certification services
  • demonstrations and workshops

Laurie Rogers, Infoway's National Industry Executive, facilitates these sessions. Please bookmark our events site and check back for future events.
